Job summary

Cooper Norcross Health in Camden seeks a results‑oriented Lean Six Sigma Black Belt to drive hospital‑wide process improvements. You will lead cross‑functional projects, applying Six Sigma and Lean methods to deliver measurable efficiency gains.

In this role, you will coach Green Belts and help embed Lean Six Sigma into the hospital's strategic plan, interfacing with leadership across Patient Care Services, Ancillary Services, Support Services and Administration.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of in-depth experience utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodology and tools.
• Experience leading Lean Six Sigma projects and applying DMAIC.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Optimize process improvement opportunities using Six Sigma and Lean principles.
• Coach Green Belts and build an organizational knowledge base and toolkit in Lean and Six Sigma.
• Interface with leadership across Patient Care Services, Ancillary Services, Support Services and Administration.
• Ensure Lean Six Sigma is integrated into the hospital strategic plan and improvement projects.
