Job summary

Touchmark, LLC is seeking a Management Development Associate for an 18-month to 2-year program in healthcare leadership. You'll work closely with leaders across departments in premier senior living communities, learning how to lead with Touchmark's values—becoming an Ally, a Friend, and a Giver.

The program aims to prepare you to assume a management role upon completion, with opportunities to relocate to various Touchmark locations and advance in hospitality-focused governance and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or other related field.
• Ability to relocate to Touchmark locations upon completion of the program.
• Demonstrated leadership through activities at work, school, athletics, or volunteer roles.
• Desire to work in hospitality or service industry and with seniors is a plus.
• Must be comfortable giving oral presentations to groups.
• Must be willing to work occasional weekends and evenings.
• Must demonstrate empathy toward others.

Our Management Development program has been specifically designed for recent graduates who want to make a career in Healthcare Leadership. We are looking for graduates who have focused their education on health care, hospitality, business, or other related fields. Those who have demonstrated natural leadership qualities throughout their lives through sports, project leadership, or those who started working early in life.

As a Management Development Associate at Touchmark. You will spend your days working and learning alongside our team of leaders in our beautiful premier senior living communities. You will learn what it means to Be an Ally, A Friend, and A Giver while developing the skills to become a future leader with Touchmark.

The Management Development position is an 18-month - two-year Management Training program designed to provide naturally ambitious and motivated individuals with strong leadership skills, an opportunity to learn Touchmark operations and learn to lead by Touchmark’s values. Throughout the program, you will spend time in each of the functional departments of the community. The program is intended to prepare you to assume a management role within one of our beautiful communities upon completion.
