Touchmark is seeking recent graduates for an 18- to 24-month Management Development Associate program across premier senior living communities. You will learn operations and leadership while embodying Touchmark's values as an ally, a friend, and a giver.

Required is a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field; willingness to relocate; demonstrated leadership; comfort presenting to groups; weekend/evening availability; and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Willing to relocate to any Touchmark location upon program completion.
• Demonstrated leadership in work, school, athletics, or volunteer organizations.
• Willing to work occasional weekends and evenings and deliver oral presentations.
• Must demonstrate empathy toward others.

Responsibilities

• Spend time in each functional department to learn Touchmark operations.
• Develop leadership skills and learn to lead by Touchmark’s values.
• Prepare to assume a management role within one of Touchmark’s communities after completion.
