Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires Master’s degree in health administration or related field.
• Internships in Health System Administration are required.
• Strong organization/time management skills are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Computer literacy in word processing and spreadsheets is required.
• Fire Life Safety Training (LA City) must be obtained within 30 days of hire if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executives to create and develop project plans and budgets for initiatives.
• Drive results and revise plans to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Support strategic decisions and optimize management of scope, finances and schedule.
• Develop reports to support hospital and corporate initiatives.
• Leverage hospital data systems to analyze financial information.
• Participate in executive meetings and coordinate follow-up on action items.
• Complete rotations across departments such as USC Care, Finance, IT, HR, Quality and Operations.
