Responsibilities

• Treat all resident information as confidential.
• Follow Residents’ Rights policies at all times.
• Weigh soiled laundry loads and check equipment.
• Sorts, washes and dries laundry per program.
• Distributes clothing to resident rooms.
• Attends in-service training and follows infection control policies.
• Handles waste disposal per facility policy.
• Reports equipment defects to supervisor.
