Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Laundry Worker to ensure the availability and cleanliness of linens and garments in a long-term care facility. You will handle washing, drying, folding, and distribution while maintaining infection-control standards and delivering courteous resident and staff service.

Starting pay is USD $14.00 per hour. Benefits are available to all employees and include telemedicine and programs to support health, wellness, and career development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous laundry experience is preferred but not required.
• Residency within the service area is required.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Able to work around cleaning products.
• Able to follow oral and written instructions and perform routine tasks.

Responsibilities

• Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens and personal clothing.
• Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain records of laundry activities and report maintenance or safety issues.
