Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Laundry Worker to support a long-term care facility by handling linens and garments, operating laundry equipment, and ensuring sanitary conditions. You will interact with residents and staff, maintaining high service standards.

The role emphasizes safety, infection control, and teamwork, with opportunities for hands-on training and career development within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior laundry experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to work around cleaning products.

Responsibilities

• Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens and personal clothing.
• Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain records of laundry activities and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
