Job summary

Sanford Health, the nation’s largest rural health system, seeks a part-time Laundry Attendant to maintain clean linen, sort and process laundry, and handle distribution of linens across locations. You will follow infection prevention guidelines and use PPE as required, with lifting and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities include collecting dirty linens, washing and folding, and ensuring proper labeling and storage. The role may involve variable shifts to meet patient needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with cleaning equipment and processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean environment in a health care setting.
• Handle laundry including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and labeling as per location processes.

• Adhere to PPE requirements and safety procedures.
• Lift up to 30–50 lbs and push/pull up to 500 lbs on flat surfaces; stand for long periods.
