Job summary

Sanford Health in Brainerd, MN is seeking a part-time laundry attendant to maintain a clean environment in our health care facility. You will handle sorting, washing, drying, folding linens, and properly labeling and distributing clean laundry according to our standards.

This role requires basic computer use, a high school diploma or equivalent, and prior healthcare laundry experience is a plus. Day shift, weekends and holidays may be required with some overtime, and PPE is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to use a computer.
• Prior cleaning experience in a healthcare setting helpful.
• Must have valid driver’s license and good driving record depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and label linens following location standards.
• Distribute clean laundry to wards and departments.
• Handle dirty linens from patient areas and offices.
• Maintain PPE usage and follow infection prevention guidelines.
• Work hours vary; rotating weekends/holidays; overtime possible.
