Job summary

Twin Lakes Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a Laundry Aide to maintain a clean, sanitary environment for residents, staff and visitors. You will perform laundry and housekeeping tasks across resident rooms, common areas and staff spaces, ensuring timely cleaning and distribution of linens.

The role emphasizes infection control, safety procedures and respectful resident interactions. Training is provided; healthcare housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Healthcare housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, hallways and other areas daily.
• Collect, sort, and deliver linens; support laundry operations.
• Restock housekeeping supplies in resident rooms and bathrooms.
• Report maintenance needs and safety concerns to the appropriate department.
• Follow infection control protocols and PPE guidelines.
• Interact respectfully with residents while performing duties.
