Oak Hills Living Center is seeking a dependable, organized, and motivated leader to serve as Director of Laundry and Housekeeping Services. You will oversee daily operations, ensure clean and safe resident rooms and spaces, and monitor supplies and inventory.

The role requires supervisory experience, preferably in healthcare or long-term care, with strong organizational and leadership abilities to guide a team and maintain high sanitation standards. Applications accepted through November 6, 2026.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience is required; healthcare or long-term care experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping and laundry departments.
• Ensure resident rooms, common areas, and other facility spaces are clean and well-maintained.
• Monitor cleaning supplies, equipment, and inventory.
• Ensure proper infection control, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed.
• Work closely with other departments to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
• Assist with department budgeting, inspections, and quality improvement efforts.
