Job summary

Tampa Family Health Centers is seeking a creative Learning & Development Specialist to design, coordinate, deliver, and evaluate employee learning experiences that support onboarding, professional development, and workforce readiness.

Reporting to the Director of Learning & Development, you will develop engaging instructional materials, facilitate training, manage the learning management system, and use data to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required.
• 3+ years in Learning & Development or related field.
• Experience facilitating instructor-led or virtual training.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and evaluation methods.
• Advanced PowerPoint; proficiency with Canva.
• Excel skills incl. pivot tables, charts, data analysis.
• Experience with LMS and eLearning authoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, deliver, and evaluate onboarding and professional development programs.
• Create instructional materials: slides, guides, manuals, job aids, eLearning modules.
• Manage LMS course catalogs, enrollments, and assessments.
• Collaborate with SMEs to ensure aligned curricula and standards.
• Evaluate training outcomes using feedback, assessments, and performance indicators.
