Job summary

Whitsons Culinary Group is hiring a Food Service Utility Worker to help keep our healthcare kitchen clean, safe and running smoothly while supporting meal service and patient care.

You will clean and sanitize prep areas, assist with deliveries and stocking, and perform basic kitchen tasks. The role requires physical work, adherence to safety standards, and a positive, can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or GED.
• Certifications: Food Handling certification preferred but not required.
• Other Qualifications, Experience and Competencies: Speak and read English; Some experience helpful; Must be able to lift 40 pounds or more.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize food prep areas and surfaces.
• Take out trash and keep storage areas organized.
• Assist with food deliveries and supply stocking.
• Help the team with basic kitchen tasks when needed.
• Work efficiently and follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
