Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five years of experience as a cook.
• Vocational school or culinary program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily duties in the absence of the supervisor.
• Order supplies and replacement equipment.
• Monitor sanitation standards and HACCP compliance.
• Train production staff on core competencies.
• Plan menus for patients and retail.
• Control food portions and costs.
• Prepare and cook food following recipes.
