Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of food service, healthcare or customer service experience preferred.
• ServeSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patient, retail, and catering meals following production records.
• Review pull sheets and organize ingredients for service periods.
• Maintain clean, sanitary kitchen and record temperatures per regulations.
• Manage inventory: sorting, labeling, dating and rotating stock.
• Collaborate with managers to meet goals and support efficient service.
