Collaborating with the Director of Dietary Services, you will follow diet orders, communicate clearly, and contribute to timely, accurate meals that support patient care and overall facility operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care dietary setting is preferred.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, including diet orders and menus.
• Must be able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods in a busy kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare and serve meals according to planned menus and physician orders.
• Communicate effectively with the Director of Dietary Services.
• Work with a sense of urgency to ensure meals are timely, accurate, and satisfying.
• Uphold food safety and sanitation protocols at all times.
• Perform duties as assigned.
