• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods in a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals according to planned menus and physician orders.
• Communicate with the director of dietary services.
• Work with urgency to ensure meals are timely, accurate, and satisfying.
• Uphold food safety and sanitation protocols at all times.
