Forefront is hiring a Cook to prepare meals in accordance with current standards and policies, assist in serving and taking orders as needed, and help ensure patient safety. You will follow standardized recipes, complete production worksheets, and monitor temperatures to uphold quality and safety.

In this role you will supervise storage, report needs to management, and ensure compliance with health regulations and HIPAA-related policies, attending required department meetings.

Qualifications

• Follows health and sanitation guidelines and FDA/health department standards.
• Ability to monitor food temperatures and ensure safety during service.
• Capable of completing production worksheets and waste logs.
