Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years in a culinary role or culinary certificate/degree.
• Minimum 1 year experience as cook/chef.

Responsibilities

• Produce consistent food projects following recipes with reduced supervision.
• Demonstrates advanced knife skills and cooking techniques.
• Identify and safely use all kitchen equipment.
• Label, date, and rotate products for safety and sanitation.
