Responsibilities

• Plans and follows a weekly menu meeting USDA requirements.
• Prepares meals and snacks; transports and inspects quality.
• Maintains kitchen cleanliness; proper storage and sanitation.
• Orders and maintains supplies in collaboration with the Program Director.
• Works with food suppliers and attends regular supervision meetings.
