Responsibilities

• Plans and prepares nutritious meals and snacks meeting schedules.
• Ensures proper serving temperature and quality of meals.
• Transports food between locations while maintaining safety and quality.
• Inspects food for quality and quantity prior to serving.
• Preps meals for events and holidays and minimizes food waste.
• Maintains kitchen cleanliness and follows local health guidelines.
• Responsible for opening/closing kitchen and storing food properly.
• Orders and maintains supplies in collaboration with Program Director.
• Builds good relationships with food suppliers and team members.
