Responsibilities

• Sets up stations with entrées, soups, salads, breads, condiments, other food products and utensils.
• Greets customers and handles transactions, ringing in sales and provides accurate change back.
• Interacts with customers in the serving, retail and dining areas, assists with opening containers and cutting food as requested.
• Set up grill area when scheduled; prepare hamburgers, hot dogs, pizza, chicken fingers and French fries.
• Set up deli station; prepare fresh and made-to-order items.
• Inspects workstations for compliance with service standards and cleans/sanitizes equipment.
• Adheres to HACCP policies; completes temperature logs and dish machine logs as needed.
• Follows safety policies and uses PPE as required.
