The position requires a BA/BS in IT or healthcare, 5+ years in a healthcare IT setting, and strong leadership and coordination skills. It offers hybrid work in MN/WI and an opportunity to advance critical hospital communications systems.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in information technology, healthcare or related business degree.
• Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in a healthcare related field with IT.
• Leadership/work direction experience and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Application/Infrastructure team and manage IT services lifecycle.
• Manage IT Service Portfolio and SLEs, incidents, problems, requests and changes.
• Partner with IT Project Managers on project intake and delivery.
