Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Epic Training Certification within 90 days of hire.
• 3+ years of healthcare information technology experience; Epic experience preferred.
• Experience in Education/Training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop training programs for HIS and other IS applications using PMO tools and procedures.
• Assist in scheduling and creating timelines for assigned projects to ensure timely training.
• Collaborate with Information Systems staff and the health system to execute training tasks.
• Ensure duties align with Singing River Health System procedures, accreditation requirements, and governing guidelines.
