Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Two years IT support or systems administration experience preferred
• Experience supporting end-user computing environments including PCs, servers, and applications
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, hardware, networking concepts

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for computer hardware, software, applications, and network systems.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems and applications.
• Perform system upgrades, software patches, and updates as needed.
• Support Active Directory, user account creation and deactivation, password resets, and access management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues involving computers, peripherals, applications, and related systems.
• Support EMR systems and hospital applications as assigned.
• Assist with server maintenance, network troubleshooting, telecommunications issues, and other IT infrastructure needs.
• Monitor system performance and help maintain system stability, security, and data integrity.
• Maintain accurate system documentation, configuration records, and incident resolution notes.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and support to employees with varying levels of technical experience.
• Travel to off-site clinics and organizational locations as needed to provide technical support and install equipment.
• Respond effectively to urgent technical issues and system outages.
• Participate in the required on-call rotation, approximately one week per month.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and organizational information and comply with HIPAA requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
