Qualifications

• Associate degree required, or 15 years of related IT/Healthcare experience in lieu of degree.
• IT-specific certification required.
• Minimum 3 years of information technology experience.

Responsibilities

• Research and write technical design specifications, flowcharts, and test scripts.
• Acquire and organize source material, including applicable specifications and technical write-ups.
• Coordinate system installations with user departments to ensure satisfactory results.
• Participate in smaller-scope portions of larger projects as assigned.
• Work with off-the-shelf systems and modify features.
• Provide end-user training on assigned systems, as needed.
• Collaborate with vendors on technical requests when applicable.
• Assist with developing and executing test plans in cooperation with the project team.
• Write reports for applications.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
