Job summary

Rothman Orthopaedic Specialty Hospital seeks an experienced Health Information Systems Analyst to optimize EHR workflows, analyze clinical processes, and ensure reliable data integration across systems.

You will coordinate with clinical staff and IT to translate operational needs into technical solutions, participate in IT projects, and develop end-user training materials and documentation to promote system adoption and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health informatics, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Experience with IT clinical processes and healthcare workflows.
• Familiarity with system testing processes and methodologies.
• Demonstrated project management and implementation skills.
• Strong organization, problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication with customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft AD, SharePoint, Power Automate, Visio.
• Working knowledge of SQL and HL7 integration standards.
• Experience with EMR platforms, integrations, and SFTP.
• Coordination with MSPs, cloud vendors and software partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical/workflow specialist for EHR modules and related systems.
• Conduct department rounding to analyze and improve clinical workflows.
• Design, build, test, and maintain templates, forms, and system configurations.
• Lead testing, validation, and upgrades ensuring workflow integrity.
