Capitol Imaging Services, LLC is seeking a Systems Administrator to support and maintain client IT environments across multiple facilities. You will manage AD, M365, and Windows Server, handle user accounts and licensing, and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues.

You will also support PACS, RIS, and DICOM workflows, apply HIPAA-aligned IT practices, and document resolutions. Travel between Gulf Coast-area sites is required, with a strong emphasis on reliability and security.

Competenze

5+ years IT support experience, healthcare/clinical setting preferred.
Proficient with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Windows Server.
Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, VPN, and VLANs networking concepts.
Understanding of HIPAA compliance as it relates to IT systems.
Strong troubleshooting skills and good documentation habits.

Mansioni

Administer Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Windows Server for client organizations.
Provision and support user accounts, devices, permissions, and licensing.
Troubleshoot escalated hardware, software, and network issues.
Support networking services: DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN configurations.
Assist with PACS, RIS, DICOM systems and workstations.
Document systems, procedures, and resolutions in ticketing platforms.
