Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Science or 2:1 equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a related Information Systems field.
• Master's Degree preferred in Computer and Information Science.
• Healthcare setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Tier-II support resource and coordinate with other IT teams.
• Coordinate issues between all IT teams and act as escalation point.
• Maintain usable systems and documentation, including knowledge base.
• Plan and schedule system upgrades and changes with vendors and teams.
• Protect assets and data, ensuring security, compliance, and disaster readiness.
• Verify backups and DR plans, ensure data integrity and recovery capabilities.
• Assist with data entry, interfaces, reporting, and system issues under pressure.
