Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience, including management consulting or related IT leadership.
• Demonstrated client relationship management and project leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements on IT strategy, operating model design, governance, and cost optimization.
• Support ERP advisory work, including readiness, vendor selection, and business case development.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and project teams to deliver results.
• Develop client-ready deliverables such as current/future state operating models and roadmaps.
• Oversee IT financial analyses and vendor assessments to inform recommendations.
• Facilitate workshops and executive sessions; manage scope, budget, and risk.
