You will advise senior leadership on operating models, technology roadmaps, and value realization, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable improvements in clinical and financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) desirable.
• 12+ years of management consulting experience or related advisory role with healthcare provider focus.
• Proven track record leading digital transformation projects involving technology implementation and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client engagements from strategy to solution delivery in digital transformation for healthcare providers.
• Manage project teams with guidance, mentorship, and QA to ensure on-time, within-budget outcomes.
• Advise C-level executives on business strategy, operating models, and digital roadmaps.
