Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
• 5–8 years of relevant management consulting experience or healthcare IT leadership.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements on IT strategy, operating model design, governance, and cost optimization.
• Oversee ERP/EHR advisory work including readiness assessments and vendor selection.
• Manage client relationships and project teams, delivering client-ready analyses and roadmaps.
• Contribute to business development and thought leadership within IT S&O practice.
