Job summary

Qualifications

Ability to collaborate across clinical, operational, and enterprise teams.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field, or 7+ years of direct experience.
At least 3 years in healthcare and multi-site or enterprise environments.
Preferred: hospital IT operations, EHR systems, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and project management experience.

Responsibilities

Provides strategic leadership and oversight for Information Technology & Services (IT&S) across the assigned market.
Aligns market IT operations with enterprise strategies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Ensures reliable, secure, and efficient technology solutions that support clinical, operational, and business objectives across multiple facilities.
Partners with system IT leadership, market/facility executives, and cross-functional teams to drive innovation, performance improvement, and data-informed decision-making.
