Job Description

The Director – IT & Services will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for healthcare IT services, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient technology solutions that support clinical, operational, and business objectives across multiple facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT strategic planning and align technology initiatives with organizational and enterprise goals.
• Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and support services.
• Ensure reliable performance of clinical and business systems and consistent implementation of IT service management processes.
• Support compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and HITECH.
• Lead or support EHR upgrades, cybersecurity initiatives, digital transformation, and technology improvement projects.
• Collaborate with clinical teams, facility executives, enterprise IT leadership, and external vendors.
• Support budget management, cost optimization, and vendor relationships.
• Lead, mentor, and develop IT staff while promoting continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or 7+ years of direct experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of progressive IT management experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in healthcare and multi-site or enterprise environments.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across clinical, operational, and enterprise teams.
• Ability and willingness to work 100% on-site in the Lake Havasu City area.
