Job summary

Piedmont Geriatric Hospital is seeking an Information Technology Services Director to oversee IT and Security Systems across PGH & VCBR. You will lead staff, manage budgets, and shape technology direction for IT security, application development, and network services.

The role emphasizes EHR implementation, project leadership, and strategic planning to align with state priorities and healthcare requirements. Strong leadership and policy insight are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and maintaining complex security surveillance systems.
• Project management experience or equivalent required.
• Experience working with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT and Security Systems staff and budget for PGH & VCBR.
• Provide direction in IT security, access control, apps development, telecom, procurement, and system management.
• Lead EHR implementation tailored to PGH and VCBR needs.
• Oversee IT projects including renovation and construction.
• Develop annual IT strategic and emergency plans for both facilities.
• Ensure services align with state and federal operations and policies.
