VC5 Consulting is seeking an experienced IT Security Manager in Houston to lead the deployment and ongoing operation of enterprise security solutions. The role focuses on identity access management, multi-factor authentication, SSO, and endpoint security in a healthcare setting.

You will partner with compliance teams to ensure Sarbanes-Oxley compliance while strengthening access controls, RBAC, and overall security posture.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, cybersecurity, or related field.
• 10+ years in application security, cybersecurity, access management, and network security.
• Hands-on experience with IAM tools, especially Okta.
• Knowledge of SOX controls, segregation of duties, and financial application security; HIPAA in healthcare.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the implementation and daily operations of IT security solutions, including IAM and multifactor authentication.
• Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure adherence to SOX regulations and support audit requirements.
• Oversee the integration and management of security technologies such as SIEM, WAF, EDR, and XDR.
• Enhance the organization's security posture by maintaining proper access controls and role-based security measures.
• Provide hands-on leadership to the security team, ensuring continuous improvement in security practices.
