Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of project management experience; CAPM or PMP desirable but not required.
• Experience with CRM software (Salesforce or Clarizen) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a primary point-of-contact for all assigned projects.
• Builds customer relationships and keeps internal resources on task.
• Develops and maintains project schedules; coordinates meetings and prepares deliverables.
• Ensures adherence to deadlines and maintains project documentation.
• Monitors milestones and delivers reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Assists with customer data validation and QA activities.
• Involved in product development and quality assurance when needed.
• Maintains HHIT core values in daily duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
