Job summary

• Experience with CRM software (Salesforce or Clarizen) preferred.

About the role

The Project Manager works directly with our customer base of physician offices and/or hospital IT departments. This position requires a team player who likes to build processes, adhere to a plan, and collaborate. This position develops and maintains project schedules, assists with customer data validation, and works closely with the client throughout the project life cycle. This position is an in-office, in-person, or hybrid role if local to South Bend, or remote if not local to South Bend.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Acts as a primary point-of-contact for all assigned projects
• Builds customer relationships/satisfaction and keeps our internal resources on task
• Builds processes, adheres to a plan, and collaborates with others
• Develops and maintains project schedules, coordinates internal team meetings, maintains project calendars, prepares and/or edits meeting minutes/presentations/deliverables
• Ensures adherence to deadlines
• Maintains all project-related documents and generates project summary reports
• Assists with customer data validation
• Monitors and tracks project milestones and deliverables
• Ensures resources are on track to hit project milestones
• Involved in product development and/or quality assurance when needed
• Other duties as assigned
