Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; 3 years of progressively responsible experience in IT, business and strategy projects.
• Ability to apply PMI/PMBOK tools and methodologies in project work.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and listening skills.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management/process-m mapping tools.
• Able to interact effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, plan, execute and close cross-functional projects representing business, strategy and IT priorities.
• Apply PMI/PMBOK processes throughout project lifecycle including business case, scoping, planning, execution, control and closeout.
• Support Enterprise PMO standard operating processes and knowledge management activities.
• Uphold MetroHealth System mission, vision, values and customer service standards.
