Job summary

Strive Solutions seeks a program-focused role to manage a healthcare data modernization effort, migrating patient data into a new data warehouse. You will coordinate cross-functional planning across technical and clinical teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities include leading end-to-end migration workstreams, coordinating planning and readiness, and driving data validation, testing, and QA to ensure accurate migration and governance through status
