Job Summary:
Highly experienced Senior Data Analyst / Migration Specialist. Candidate will have extensive experience in Healthcare data migration, strong expertise in SQL, and a deep understanding of claims processing and healthcare data structures. This role requires collaboration with business users, creating attribute mapping specifications, and assisting in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and support data migration initiatives.
2. Analyze and understand patient and claim data structures to ensure smooth migration.
3. Develop SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation.
4. Create Attribute Mapping Specifications to define how data fields are mapped between systems.
5. Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
6. Support UAT efforts, assisting users in validating migrated data and identifying potential issues.
7. Ensure data integrity and accuracy during the migration process.
8. Work closely with developers, testers, and other stakeholders to facilitate a successful transition.

Required Skills & Experience:

1. 8+ years of experience working on data migration projects.
2. Recent experience working on data migration projects in the Healthcare Domain (Payors and Providers).
3. Strong expertise in SQL for data analysis and transformation.
4. In-depth understanding of claims processing and healthcare data structures.
5. Experience in creating attribute mapping specifications for system migration.
6. Ability to analyze and interpret patient and claim data models.
7. Strong collaboration skills to work with business users and technical teams.
8. Experience supporting UAT processes and troubleshooting data issues.
9. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with ETL tools and data migration frameworks.
2. Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA, HL7, etc.).
3. Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
