Job summary

Strive Solutions seeks a program-focused role to manage a healthcare data modernization effort, migrating patient data into a new data warehouse. You will coordinate cross-functional planning across technical and clinical teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities include leading end-to-end migration workstreams, coordinating planning and readiness, and driving data validation, testing, and QA to ensure accurate migration and governance through status

Qualifications

• Experience leading data or healthcare data modernization initiatives.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across technical and clinical domains.
• Expertise in data validation, testing, and deployment readiness.
• Solid project/operational risk management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to manage vendors and coordinate complex migration activities.

Responsibilities
