Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of technology initiatives across clinical, operational, and business objectives.

The role partners with hospital leadership, IT teams, clinical stakeholders, vendors, and third-party consultants to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while minimizing disruption to patient care and operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience leading IT initiatives.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a healthcare environment preferred.
• Demonstrated success delivering projects involving infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, or healthcare technology systems.
• Experience working with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution and delivery of technology initiatives across the organization.
• Oversee a portfolio of IT projects including infrastructure upgrades, cybersecurity initiatives, application implementations, and EHR enhancements.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership, IT teams, clinical stakeholders, vendors, and consultants to ensure projects stay on time, within scope and within budget.
