Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an IT Project Manager for a healthcare client in Columbia, MD (Hybrid). Lead multiple IT infrastructure and transformation projects through planning, delivery and governance; manage schedules, budgets, and resources; leverage Jira for reporting and workflow management.

You will develop executive dashboards and metrics, consolidate data from multiple sources, and communicate with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience leading complex technology initiatives.
• Hands-on Jira experience for reporting, dashboards, and workflow management.
• Strong PM fundamentals with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience developing metrics, KPIs, and executive dashboards.
• Experience with ServiceNow and resource management processes.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills; healthcare experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple IT infrastructure and transformation projects across the full lifecycle.
• Develop, maintain, and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to ensure delivery and standards.
• Create executive metrics, scorecards, dashboards, and status reporting.
• Analyze and consolidate data from multiple sources to provide insights.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and drive stakeholder communications.
