Wipro Limited in Missouri is seeking a Project Manager to oversee client-facing IT projects in healthcare/Medicare. Based in Jefferson City, the role involves leading delivery, managing budgets, and coordinating cross-functional teams.

You will drive SoW planning, cost estimation, and schedule adherence, ensure SLA/KPI targets, and maintain CSAT/PSAT. 8-10 years of experience and hands-on project management are required.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of project management experience in healthcare/IT projects.
• Hands-on project management experience with involvement in day-to-day operations.
• Experience in delivering large IT J2EE applications using Agile, Incremental, Iterative, RUP & Waterfall methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily operations and ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
• Prepare, review, and approve Statements of Work for new projects.
• Plan effort, cost estimation, and scheduling for new projects.
• Track project cost, schedule, scope and status with the customer.
• Ensure 100% adherence to SLAs and KPIs; drive CSAT/PSAT on overall delivery.
