Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives across personalized medicine, precision health, and clinical research. Located in Warrenville, IL, with hybrid work options, the role demands strong leadership, stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration to deliver complex projects on time and within scope.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 1+ year PM experience (healthcare preferred), and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• CAHIMS - Preferred.
• CAPM - Preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in project management; healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
• Knowledge of information processing fundamentals and best practices.
• Multi-tasking, troubleshooting and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in evaluation, selection, and implementation of new equipment or software.
• Manage all aspects of a project lifecycle (initiate, plan, execute, control, close).
• Develop tasks, milestones and deliverables.
• Facilitate workflow redesign and policy updates.
• Collaborate with leadership to define objectives, scope, timeline, resources and budget.
• Define team roles and manage external consultants and vendors.
• Organize regular meetings and maintain documentation.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Support change control and issue management.
• Prepare for turnover and go-live.
