Healthcare IT Product Owner – Laboratory & EHR Systems

HTC Global Services is seeking a healthcare IT product leader passionate about digital transformation in lab and oncology systems. This remote position in the US involves leading the delivery and evolution of our healthcare SaaS platform, focusing on lab data, EMR/EHR integrations, and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product roadmap and KPI strategy
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendor partners, and delivery teams
• Act as the “voice of the customer” and guide Agile ceremonies
• Work with Salesforce and other platforms in a healthcare/lab data environment
• Support system scalability, backlog grooming, and solution alignment with user needs

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in Healthcare IT, especially with lab, oncology, EMR/EHR, or healthcare data integration
• Previous experience as a Product Owner
• Knowledge of Agile/SAFe and product lifecycle management
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into technical solutions
• Salesforce product ownership experience

Preferred Skills

• PMP or Lean/Six Sigma Certification
• UX knowledge and experience in complex systems environments
