Job summary

Nicklaus Children's Health System is seeking an IT Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for assigned IT products, with a strong focus on patient experience and clinical outcomes.

You will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to discover needs, define success metrics, translate strategy into backlog, and deliver features while upholding privacy and security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7 years related experience
• 4-7 years product management for digital products, enterprise applications, or I.T. platforms
• 3-5 years working in regulated healthcare environments with security, privacy, and compliance considerations

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmaps centered on patient outcomes
• Conduct discovery with patients, clinicians, and operations to identify needs
• Translate strategy into backlog with epics and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with UX to define journeys, usability, and accessibility
• Work with engineering on feasibility, debt, integrations, and performance
• Establish KPIs/OKRs and analyze usage to guide iteration
