Job summary

Radiology Associates in Florida seeks an IT Procurement Coordinator to manage technology purchasing, licenses, renewals, inventory, and vendor administration across multiple imaging sites. You will coordinate with IT Infrastructure, finance, and clinical teams to ensure accurate procurement records, compliant contracts, and timely delivery of hardware and software.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and at least 3 years procurement or IT operations experience.
• Experience coordinating purchase requests, quotes, POs, invoices, returns, and vendor communications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps and ability to learn ServiceNow, ManageEngine, Track-It!, and related systems.
• Valid Florida driver’s license; travel locally or regionally when required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technology purchase requests through the organization’s IT purchasing workflow.
• Maintain a centralized register of software subscriptions, support agreements, and licenses.
• Coordinate renewals for enterprise platforms (Microsoft cloud, PACS, VMware, Cisco Meraki, etc.).
• Coordinate new-vendor setup with Purchasing, Accounting, Security, Compliance, Legal, and the requesting owner.
• Support budget planning with renewal forecasts, open orders, and known changes.
