Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• Associate degree is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Minimum five years of computer-related experience.
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to lead technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and support for hospital technology systems.
• Act as the lead escalation point for complex technical issues impacting clinical and business operations.
• Perform root cause analysis and incident resolution to restore services promptly.
• Monitor system performance and reliability across supported environments to ensure high availability.
• Maintain strict compliance with healthcare regulations, security standards, and organizational policies.
• Support technology upgrades and optimization initiatives to keep facilities at the forefront of healthcare IT.
• Track and report on KPIs and SLAs to ensure excellence in support.
• Provide technical leadership and knowledge sharing to support teams and healthcare staff.
